Recently, the National Health Insurance Bureau (NHSA) released the Reply of the National Health Insurance Bureau to the Recommendation No. 4955 of the Fifth Session of the 13th National People's Congress. It points out that it is still difficult to implement the carrying method because of the innovative medical devices are not mature in the clinical use process, and the amount of use is temporarily difficult to predict. In the process of centralized batch procurement, NHSA will reasonably determine the proportion of batch procurement according to the characteristics of clinical use, the pattern of market competition, the number of selected enterprises and other factors. And set aside a certain market outside the centralized batch procurement to provide space for the development of innovative products. The fields have become the key targets of national policy incentives and industry investment such as in vitro diagnosis, orthopedics, cardiovascular, medical imaging equipment and high-value consumables.

In the field of orthopedics, Shenzhen ZhongkeJingcheng Medical Technology Co., LTD., after more than ten years of independent research and development of "magnesium containing degradable polymer bone repair material" products, has obtained the National Food and Drug Administration (NMPA) innovative medical devices special approval. The product has the filling and regeneration effect similar to the bionic autogenous bone, but also has good mechanical support effect and promote the growth of bone cells. The special preparation technology created orderly macroscopic pore and irregular microscopic pore, which provided a hotbed for the crawling adhesion, proliferation and differentiation of bone cells.
